We all have a soft spot, be it dark chocolate, a dreamy Pinot Noir, black truffles or French fries, there’s something that makes us all a little weak in the knees. If you’re akin to the latter, then you’re in luck! I recently got word from my friend, The French Fryar, that FRY SMITH will soon grace the streets of Los Angeles serving a variety of specialty pommes frites. Fry Smith's menu will include Vegan Chili Cheese Fries: an animal-friendly combo of tomatoes, mixed beans, soy chorizo and paprika. Carnivores must try the Kogi-inspired Kimchi and Kurobuta pork belly topped fries. For a kick, go with the Raja Fries, topped with fire-roasted poblano chiles, caramelized onions, shawarma-marinated steak and Jack cheese. Of course, Fry Smith will have regular, sweet potato and classic chili cheese fries for you purests. Be sure to wash ‘em down with one of their hand-selected ginger ales.
