Easter Brunch

If you're planning to take the family out for a lovely Easter feast, I hope you've already made plans. Reservations can be hard to come by at this late date and prepare yourself for the fixed menu. Expect to spend anywhere from $35 a person up to $150 a person, especially when you add in wine, taxes and tips. And speaking of tips, remember this is a holiday. I think a 20% tip is minimum on such a special day. If you are cooking at home, I hope you’ve already ordered the ham or turkey. Don't forget to lay in plenty of beer, wine, champagne and non-alcoholic drinks and reserve your baked goods today - don't wait. Whatever you do, enjoy yourself and your family - and don't drink and drive.
