It’s a whole new age of hotel dining in Los Angeles
Remember when eating in a hotel dining room meant a certain confrontation with the dreaded rubber chicken? Do you want the minute steak or the chicken a la king? I’m delighted to report that those days are gone and, with any luck, gone forever. The hotel dining rooms in this town are some of the best restaurants we have. Start with José Andrés’ brilliant BAZAAR at the dynamic SLS Hotel. This dazzling Philippe Starck-designed tapas restaurant has become one of top reservations in town. Then there’s Wolfgang Puck’s amazing steakhouse CUT at the Beverly Wilshire. What a great place! Now, there is one more hotel dazzler: it’s CULINA the new spot at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills.
