Stunning modern Italian food at the Four Seasons.
CULINA is the beautiful new restaurant at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills. Talented young chef Victor Casanova has created a contemporary menu devoid of clichés and loaded with excitement. It’s hard to know where to start but you can choose an assortment of vegetable anti pasti, cheese and salumi or go for the lovely crudo – such as sea urchin with lemon or yellowtail with anise. Then move into the fabulous panzanella salad prepared tableside. Vic’s grandmother’s lasagna is a nice pasta stop as is linguine with clams and pancetta. If there’s room, mains are highlighted by a lovely veal chop and grilled branzino. There’s a great Florentine steak and pizzas too. The wine list is excellent and service is flawless. CULINA is a great addition to the top of the local restaurant list.
