I’ve tried to cook anything and everything on my trusty backyard grill, but have you ever tried to grill pizza? It’s surprisingly easy, and adds great flavor to a family-friendly dinnertime staple. You can make your own dough or use a store-bought one, it doesn’t matter as long as it’s pretty sturdy. Roll out several small circles of dough and head outside. Brush your grill surface with olive oil and make sure the heat is nice and hot. Put your pizzas on the grill and close the lid. A minute later, open the lid, brush more oil on the tops of the crusts and flip. Close the lid again for two minutes, then check if it’s done. Sauce and cheese the crusts as desired while on the grill, or remove for a build-your-own pizza party.
