This is the day you should be taking delivery on your plump, fresh killed turkey. You should be doing all the preliminary cooking chores: starting the stuffing, the gravy, the vegetables and the desserts. Try to do as much today as you can so you won't be a wreck tomorrow. Set the table, select the wine, chill the champagne and get some flowers. If you are not cooking tomorrow and are, instead, a guest at someone else's table, think about what gift you are bringing.
