Corn on the Cob
Grilling season is upon us! Light up the season with corn on the cob. To make the most perfect golden buttery pops, begin by heating your grill to medium. Pull the outer husks down to the base. Strip the silk away from each ear of corn by hand. Fold husks back into place, and place the ears of your corn in a large bowl of cold water with 1 tablespoon of salt for 10 minutes. Next, remove the corn from water and shake off excess drops. Place the corn on the grill, close the cover and grill for 15 to 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, or until kernels are tender when pierced with a knife. When finished, remove the husks and apply a generous coat of your favorite butter spread. Sprinkle on some freshly chopped parsley and try not to bite in while too hot. Gear up for a season of finger licking!
