Vodka Gimlet

This simple cocktail, a classic of minimalist mixology, is a good showcase for this racy Aussie sugarcane-based vodka.

2 ounces Downunder Vodka
1/2 ounce Rose's Lime Juice

Combine both ingredients in a mixing glass with several ice cubes. Stir, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
