Camparinha

Aside from the classic Campari and Soda, this deliciously bitter aperitif can be used in many creative cocktails, like this Italian take on the Caipirinha.

2 ounces Campari
Lime wedges
2 teaspoons cane sugar
Crushed ice

Press lime wedges and cane sugar in an Old Fashioned glass. Cover with crushed ice. Fill with Campari and stir well..
