Cocktail of the Week

Olympic Circle

This fresh new alambic pot-still vodka made from French grapes, produced by Bernard Portet of Clos du Val, is great in citrusy cocktails.


2 ounces Swan's Neck Lemon Zest Vodka
1 ounce curaçao
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce lemon juice
4 ounces orange juice
1 scoop crushed ice
Orange slice

Mix the first six ingredients in a shaker. Pour this mixture into a chilled Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with the orange slice.
