Cocktail of the Week

Opening Night

The dark amber color, silky smooth texture and mellow flavors of spiced wood with lovely notes of treacle and molasses make this one of Canada's best blended whiskies and a perfect component of this classy cocktail.


1 1/2 ounces Canadian Club Sherry Cask Whisky
1/4 ounce sweet vermouth
1/4 ounce grenadine
crushed ice

Mix together all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
