Cocktail of the Week

Hair of the Dog

-This new London gin has plenty of attitude, along with a nice juniper nose and aggressive citrus and spice flavors. Use it in punk-inspired cocktails.

3 ounces chilled Bulldog Gin
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1-2 dashes Tabasco
chili pepper for garnish

Shake first three ingredients over ice in a shaker. Strain into a rocks glass (without ice). Garnish with chili pepper.
