Cocktail of the Week

Rye and Tonic

2 parts Michter's US*1 Straight Rye
4 parts tonic water
twist of lemon
crushed ice

Pour the rye whiskey into a tall glass over ice. Top off with tonic water. Stir and add a twist of lemon.
