Cocktail of the Week

Tuscan Sidecar

This cocktail was created by head bartender John Connors at Country restaurant, New York City
 
      1 oz. Faretti Biscotti Liqueur
      2 oz. VS cognac
      1 oz. lemon juice
      2 dashes of Gary Regan's Orange Bitters
      1 orange slice
 
Blend the ingredients and shake with ice.  Wet the rim of a stemmed martini glass and dip the entire rim in sugar for a ring of sugar on the glass.  Pour the mixed cockail in the glass.
Garnish with an orange slice.
