Cocktail of the Week

Sobieski Truth Serum
created by Junior Merino

1 1/2 oz. Sobieski Vodka
1/2 oz. Aperol
1/4 oz. Marie Brizard Peach
2 oz. The Republic of Tea açai or cranberry tea
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1/2 oz. lemon juice

Pour the ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker; shake vigorously, strain and serve.
